APPOINTMENT OPTIONS

JOINERY MEASURE, QUOTE & CONCEPT PLAN:

Includes a meeting onsite or in our Showroom to discuss your project, measure, and a further meeting in our Showroom to view and go through your Concept Plans prior to quoting.

Please note, that your Concept Plans remain the property of Gull Design.

INTERIOR DESIGN CONSULT, BRIEF & VISION BOARD: $750

Includes a meeting on-site to view your existing property, and gain a feel for your taste & style. We will discuss your project in-depth and offer suggestions where necessary. We will later provide you with a Design Brief, Vision Board and suggested package to suit your project budget.

The $750 is a one-off fee and is not deductible from future services.

This option combines both the Joinery & Interior Design meetings inclusions.

INCLUSIONS

  • Our Measure, Quote & Concept Plan Service

    This service includes the following:

    • Meeting onsite or in our Showroom with a member of our Joinery team:
      The Joinery team member will meet with you onsite or in our Showroom to discuss the requirements of your project.

    • Knowledge & Experience:
      Our team have decades of combined experience designing and building kitchens and other cabinetry for new homes, renovations and commercial properties.

      We will use our vast knowledge and experience to assist with designing and placing your cabinetry based on your individual requirements. If your meeting is held onsite, we will also take preliminary measurements.

    • Custom 3D Concept Plans:
      After your initial meeting, our design team and drawing team will create a set of Custom 3D Concept Plans for your project.
      Please note, that your Concept Plans remain the property of Gull Design.

    • 3D Concept Plan Viewing Meeting:
      You will be contacted once your Concept Plans are ready for viewing. An appointment will be made for you to view and discuss your Concept Plans in our Showroom. During this meeting, you will also be able to discuss your options for colours, materials and finishes, hardware and benchtops.

    • Comprehensive Quote:
      Your project will then be quoted based on your approved Concept Plans, and a comprehensive quote will be sent out to you via email.

    MEETING ON-SITE OR IN OUR SHOWROOM

    If you’re planning a renovation we prefer to meet you onsite to discuss your project and take preliminary measurements.

    Alternatively, if you are planning a new build and you have a set of plans, we can welcome you to meet us in our stunning, regularly updated showroom, where you can be inspired by the latest design trends, material choices and appliances supplied by Winning Appliances.

    We will walk you through our sample room, where you can view finishes including bench-top materials, splashback options, featured handles and appliances supplied by Winning Appliances.

  • Our Interior Design Consult, Brief & Visions Board Fee is $750 inc GST

    We love to meet our clients! We want to learn about your project and you, your taste, style, interior goals and aspirations for your project.

    Where will this meeting be held?

    Wherever possible it is always best to hold this meeting on-site, this enables us to get a full understanding of the project and to take necessary measurements and photos, however, if an on-site visit is not possible for any reason, we are happy to host this meeting at your local residence or in our Showroom.

    What you should bring to this meeting:

    • Ideas: You should bring any clippings, hand drawings, flooring samples, website links, or any information at all that will help us understand what you want to achieve from your project. If you don’t have any ideas, don’t worry, that’s what we are here to help you with.

    • Budget: You should also come to the meeting with an idea of your overall project budget, this is an important factor and can save a lot of time if our team know what options to seek out and put forward to you.

    How long will this meeting take?

    Up to 1-hour of onsite time is included for this meeting. Travel time is included in most areas of the Sunshine Coast.

    Stage 1 Pricing

    An Initial Interior Design Consultation Fee of $500 will be payable at the time of booking your Design Consultation appointment and covers your Design Consultation with a member of our Interiors team, a Design Brief and a Vision Board.
