FLATPACK PICKUP Options

ITEMS AWAITING COLLECTION

If you choose to pick up your Flatpack order, your items will be stacked on a trolley individually and awaiting collection by you at your allotted time, from our Factory at 12 Production Street, Noosaville.

Upon arrival at Gull Design, please make your way to our Main Reception, and a member of our team will arrange for you to collect your order from our Loading Dock.

Individual Packing MATERIAL

To save costs for you, and to avoid unnecessary environmental wastage, we do not individually wrap or package flatpack items. Your products will be stacked on a trolley awaiting your collection.

We recommend that you bring your own reusable packing blankets, sheets or towels etc. to wrap your items in before you pack them into your vehicle.

Heavy Items

While we are happy to help with the occasional heavy item if a team member is available, we cannot dedicate a team member to assist you in loading your Flat Pack onto your vehicle, and we cannot guarantee a team member will be available to assist with any heavy items.

We recommend you have enough people with you to assist you in loading your Flat Pack onto your vehicle.

Pallets

Your order will not be packaged onto a Pallet, the majority of our clients prefer to load the items into their vehicle themselves, saving on cost and unnecessary environmental wastage. If you would like your items to be stacked on a custom pallet, please advise us of this and this can be arranged at an additional cost.

If you choose to have your items stacked on a custom pallet, pricing for this will option will include our team lifting these items onto your vehicle with our forklift.

HOW DO I TELL the items apart from one another?

Each cabinet part is easily identified by a handy label. The label will show the name of the part, and the number which corresponds to the specific cabinet that part is used in.

We recommend unpacking your project and grouping all of the parts for each individual cabinet together. This will simplify the process of constructing your cabinets.
