INITIAL CONSULTATION

We love to meet our clients! We want to learn about your project, your taste, style, and interior goals and aspirations you have for your project.

Where will this meeting be held?
Wherever possible it is always best to hold this meeting on-site, this enables us to get a full understanding of the project and to take necessary measurements and photos, however, if an on-site visit is not possible for any reason, we are happy to host this meeting at your local residence or in our Showroom.

What you should bring to this meeting
Ideas: You should bring any clippings, hand drawings, flooring samples, website links, or any information at all that will help us understand what you want to achieve from your project. If you don’t have any ideas, don’t worry, that’s what we are here to help you with.

Budget: You should also come to the meeting with an idea of your overall project budget, this is an important factor and can save a lot of time if our team know what options to seek out and put forward to you.

How long will this meeting take?
Up to 1-hour of onsite time is included in this meeting. Travel time is included in most areas of the Sunshine Coast.

Stage 1 Pricing
An Initial Interior Design Consultation Fee of $750 will be payable at the time of booking your Design Consultation appointment and covers your Design Consultation with a member of our Interiors team.

 

STAGE 2:

DESIGN brief & IMPLEMENTATION

 

DESIGN PACKAGE Options

During the Stage 2 Design Brief Presentation meeting, we will work with you to decide which of our Design Packages best fits your project needs, this will be based on the level of involvement you wish for us to have in your project and how involved your requirements are.

Full payment of your chosen Stage 2 Package Choice will be required for us to begin work on your Design & Implementation Phase.

 

 

Casual Design Rate - $220

Our Casual Design Rate is perfect if you prefer to use our services on an ad-hoc basis. The benefit of committing to a Design Package (as outlined below) is the reduced hourly rate.

  • $220 per hour, per staff member

  • Availability of time will be advised at the time of your request.


Design Package One - $1,750

Perfect for smaller projects where general direction and assistance are required from us, with the majority of the leg work handled by you.

  • Includes 10 hours of our services, based on an hourly rate of $175 per hour ($450 saving)

  • Additional hours are charged at $175 per hour


Design Package Two - $3,300

Catering to medium-sized projects where you require some involved direction and assistance from our team, in addition to gathering some resources and samples, and liaising with some of your trades on your behalf, some of the time.

  • Includes 20 hours of our services based on an hourly rate of $165 per hour ($1,100 saving)

  • Additional hours are charged at $165 per hour


Design Package Three - $4,800

A great fit for medium-large projects with involved concepts and custom requirements. This package will suit clients who want to be free of some of the hassles involved in building or renovating and leave many aspects of the project for us to present you with ideas and manage concepts, sourcing and logistics. This package also suits clients who require us to communicate their instructions to trades on their behalf, and in some cases be onsite to monitor activity or lock and unlock the property as required.

  • Includes 30 hours of our services based on an hourly rate of $160 per hour ($1,800 saving)

  • Additional hours are charged at $160 per hour


Design Package Four - $6,200

Best suited to larger projects with involved custom concepts and a myriad of furniture and product sourcing requirements. This package will suit clients who perhaps live remotely or lead busy lifestyles and simply don’t have time to be dealing with the heavy load and day-to-day hassles of renovating or building. Our team will take a proactive approach to your project, enabling us to present you with ideas, listen to and act on your instructions and handle the required logistics. We may communicate your instructions to trades on your behalf and be your representative on-site when required.

  • Includes 40 hours of our services based on an hourly rate of $155 per hour ($2,600 saving)

  • Additional hours are charged at $155 per hour


Design Package FIVE - $7,500

Similar to Design Package Four with a saving on your hourly rate for committing to additional hours.

  • Includes 50 hours of our services based on an hourly rate of $150 per hour ($3,500 saving)

  • Additional hours are charged at $150 per hour


Design Package SIX - $8,700

Similar to Design Package Five with a saving on your hourly rate for committing to additional hours.

  • Includes 60 hours of our services based on an hourly rate of $145 per hour ($4,500 saving)

  • Additional hours are charged at $145 per hour

Design Package EIGHT - $11,600

  • Includes 80 hours of our services based on an hourly rate of $145 per hour ($6,000 saving)

  • Additional hours are charged at $145 per hour

    • Stage 2 Package pricing is in addition to your Stage 1 (Initial Consultation payment.

    • Stage 2 Package options include a set number of hours, once the included hours have been utilised, additional hourly rates apply. Hourly rate is based on the hourly rate of the initially chosen package.

    • You will receive a regular summary of the hours used towards your project.

    • If your project exceeds the number of hours included in your chosen Package option, we will invoice you weekly for any additional hours utilised in the proceeding week. Invoices are payable on delivery and further project work may be delayed until invoices are paid in full.

    • The hourly rate is per hour, per team member.

    • Travel time from our Factory to site, supplier visits, or other travel as required, is charged at the hourly rate included in your chosen package.

    • Pricing is inclusive of GST
