INITIAL CONSULTATION

We love to meet our clients! We want to learn about your project, your taste, style, and interior goals and aspirations you have for your project.
Where will this meeting be held?
Wherever possible it is always best to hold this meeting on-site, this enables us to get a full understanding of the project and to take necessary measurements and photos, however, if an on-site visit is not possible for any reason, we are happy to host this meeting at your local residence or in our Showroom.
What you should bring to this meeting
Ideas: You should bring any clippings, hand drawings, flooring samples, website links, or any information at all that will help us understand what you want to achieve from your project. If you don’t have any ideas, don’t worry, that’s what we are here to help you with.
Budget: You should also come to the meeting with an idea of your overall project budget, this is an important factor and can save a lot of time if our team know what options to seek out and put forward to you.
How long will this meeting take?
Up to 1-hour of onsite time is included in this meeting. Travel time is included in most areas of the Sunshine Coast.
Stage 1 Pricing
An Initial Interior Design Consultation Fee of $750 will be payable at the time of booking your Design Consultation appointment and covers your Design Consultation with a member of our Interiors team.
STAGE 2:
DESIGN BREIF & IMPLEMENTATION
DESIGN PACKAGE Options
During the Stage 2 Design Brief Presentation meeting, we will work with you to decide which of our Design Packages best fits your project needs, this will be based on the level of involvement you wish for us to have in your project and how involved your requirements are.
Full payment of your chosen Stage 2 Package Choice will be required for us to begin work on your Design & Implementation Phase.
Casual Design Rate - $220
Our Casual Design Rate is perfect if you prefer to use our services on an ad-hoc basis. The benefit of committing to a Design Package (as outlined below) is the reduced hourly rate.
$220 per hour, per staff member
Availability of time will be advised at the time of your request.
ESSENTIALS PACKAGE - $1,750
Ideal for smaller projects, this package provides expert guidance and direction while you take the lead on execution.
Includes 10 hours of our services
Additional hours are charged at $175 per hour
ELEVATED PACKAGE - $5,950
Designed for medium-sized projects, this package offers a more hands-on approach, providing expert direction and assistance while still allowing flexibility in your involvement.
Along with design guidance, we’ll help source materials, gather samples, and liaise with some of your trades to streamline the process.
Includes 40 hours of our services
Additional hours are charged at $165 per hour
ENHANCED package- $11,200
Perfect for larger projects, this package provides an in-depth and highly collaborative approach to your design journey. We offer expert guidance, material sourcing, sample coordination and direct liaising with trades to ensure a seamless process from concept to completion.
Includes 80 hours of our services
Additional hours are charged at $140 per hour
SIGNATURE PACKAGE - $13,125
Designed for comprehensive projects, this package offers an immersive and highly tailored experience. With in-depth design guidance, material sourcing, sample coordination, and direct collaboration with your trades, we ensure a seamless and refined process from concept to completion.
Includes 100 hours of our services based on an hourly rate of $155 per hour ($2,600 saving)
Additional hours are charged at $131 per hour
CURATED PACKAGE - POA
For clients with unique project needs that don’t align with our existing packages, the Curated Package offers a fully tailored solution. This bespoke service allows us to craft a package specifically suited to your requirements, ensuring that you receive the right balance of design guidance, project management, and hands-on support.
Whether you need more time, specialised services, or a blend of our packages, we’ll work closely with you to create a package that’s as individual as your project.

Stage 2 Package pricing is in addition to your Stage 1 (Initial Consultation payment).
Stage 2 Package options include a set number of hours, once the included hours have been utilised, additional hourly rates apply. Hourly rate is based on the hourly rate of the initially chosen package.
You will receive a regular summary of the hours used towards your project.
If your project exceeds the number of hours included in your chosen Package option, we will invoice you weekly for any additional hours utilised in the proceeding week. Invoices are payable on delivery and further project work may be delayed until invoices are paid in full.
The hourly rate is per hour, per team member.
Travel time from our Factory to site, supplier visits, or other travel as required, is charged at the hourly rate included in your chosen package.
