This means our team fabricate your solid surface benchtops, vanities, sinks and other products to our own design and specifications or designs created by your Architect or your own imagination…
All work is completed in our state-of-the-art Noosaville factory.
Solid Surface Benchtops are perfect as a feature in your new project or use them as a way to bring new life to an existing Kitchen, Bathroom, BBQ area or commercial space.

WHAT IS SOLID SURFACE?
Solid Surface is made from 2/3 natural minerals (bauxite) and 1/3 acrylic binder.
Solid Surface is 100% Quartz and Silica Free, meaning it can be safely cut on-site, if required, and installed with seamless joins.
The two prominent Solid Surface brands are Corian & Staron.
BENEFITS OF SOLID SURFACE
WIDE RANGE OF USES
A wide range of products can be moulded from Corian and Staron, including benchtops, sinks and basins, baths, rubbish bins on both domestic and commercial scale.
BACKLIGHTING
The translucent Corian® can be backlit to create marvellous visual features in bars, entry foyers, shop and reception counters or even your kitchen island benchtop.
STAIN-RESISTANT
As well as being stain resistant, stains, scratches or chips can be easily fixed.
NO JOIN lines
Joins are seamless and designs are formable, leaving your imagination as the only limit to the versatility of this amazing product.
FADE-RESISTANT
UV fade resistance makes it the ideal material for outdoor kitchens, BBQ and outdoor furniture.
WIRELESS CHARGING
No ugly cables and power points are needed for office, kitchen and laundry benchtops, as wireless charging pads can be built invisibly into the benchtop.

Austaron Surfaces are the proud distributors of Staron® Solid Surfaces, Mario Romano Walls, Kaynemaile architectural mesh and Acrylic Couture.
The business was established over seventeen years ago, with an aim to provide quality surfaces and finishes to the Australian market.
The Staron product range is trusted by designers, architects, retailers, builders and also extends to consumers, and is used across many industry segments including but not limited to retail, healthcare, entertainment, food service, office fit-outs, residential and many other commercial projects.
SOLID SURFACE BENCHTOP PROCESS
1. rEQUEST A QUOTE
Complete the Quote Request Form below, and include measurements via a plan or hand drawing. Also feel free to send photos of your cabinets or surrounding areas, if available.
3. APPROVE YOUR QUOTE
Approve your quote by signing and returning a physical copy to our office, or simply reply to your Quote email confirming that you would like to go ahead,
4. PAY A 50% DEPOSIT
You will be sent an invoice for 50% of the total of your benchtop order. Payment of this invoice is required for your order to progress. The remaining 50% is due upon pick up/delivery or installation (if purchased).
5. CHECK MEASURE
If you have requested for Gull Design to check your measurements on-site, we will schedule this with you once payment of your 50% deposit has been received.
6. SIGN YOUR PLANS
We will send you a final set of Production Drawings for your approval. Sign these drawings and return them to our office, or reply to the email confirming your acceptance.

STAGE
Production of your benchtop will take approximately 7 - 10 working days from the date of your check measure, subject to prompt sign-off of your production drawings and availability of materials.
8. PICKUP/DELIVERY & INSTALLation
You can choose to pick up your order from our factory in Noosaville or to have your benchtop delivered and installed by our team. Please note, installation is only available if you have engaged us to conduct an onsite check measure.
